Payment Policy (Refund and Cancellation)

1.    Returns Acceptance:

Returns are subject to the seller's sole discretion and in accordance with the terms specified by the seller for each product. Certain products, such as consumable goods and personal clothing items like lingerie and socks, are generally not eligible for return. The seller provides explicit details regarding return eligibility in the product descriptions.

2.      Refund Processing:

Refunds are processed by the sellers, and Wilelink acts solely as a platform facilitating transactions. Wilelink does not directly handle or process refunds.

 

In exceptional circumstances where Wilelink is required to process refunds, the refund will be issued in the form of monetary reimbursement to the original credit card used for the payment. Store credits are not offered as a refund method by Wilelink.

Customers will receive email notifications and can also access tracking details in the order details section on the wilelink.com website. The duration of product shipment may vary depending on the product type, with shipping typically taking place on the same day or the next day.

2.      Delivery Service Provider:

The seller/vendor is solely responsible for shipping the product to the customer. Wilelink does not offer delivery services and does not act as a delivery service provider.

3.      Estimated Delivery Time:

The approximate delivery time is dependent on the shipping service selected by the seller/vendor.

4.      Delivery Charges:

Unless explicitly specified otherwise, delivery is provided free of charge to the customer. The seller/vendor must clearly indicate if any delivery charges apply to the order.

5.    Completion of Delivery and Return:

Client may also register their account by linking their google account.

Note that the information provided by the clients shall remain with for a term of 365 days with the company even after deleting the account, for the purposes including, but not limited to, audit, legal compliances, account reactivation request.

iv.                   You are further aware that any reproduction or infringement of the intellectual property of the aforementioned owners by You will result in legal action being initiated against You by the respective owners of the intellectual property so reproduced/infringed upon. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITIES

FORCE MAJEURE
